Returns
Klipt Worldwide believes in a 100% money-back guarantee on ALL of our snow pants, and accessories. Black Friday will be an exception, products discounted 40% and above will not be eligible for a refund! If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, unopened, or unused items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange (note: Shipping costs will still apply). Final sale and sale items are excluded. Defective items may be returned after use up to 30 days for refund or exchange. We may refuse the right to return items that are damaged from heavy wear and tear or washing.
To return your items or receive a replacement:
1. Contact Klipt Worldwide at kliptgear@gmail.com. In the subject line, please specify 'refund' or 'replacement'.
2. Include your order confirmation number, name, address, and reason for return in the body of the email.
3. We'll email you back to confirm your return request.
4. Include a note with your return, reason for return.
